The ADEMS GMT II machine is designed for sharpening of manicure, pedicure and medical instruments.

The machine is in demand by tool sharpening workshops used by manicure and pedicure masters, as well as medical and dental clinics.

The ADEMS GMT II machine allows you to sharpen all kinds of manicure and pedicure nippers, pushers, tweezers, scissors, scalpel, curettes, scalers and other tools. Sharpening technology on this machine allows to sharpen 5-7 manicure pieces per hour with guaranteed high quality even to novice masters with minimal sharpening skills.

It has compact dimensions and can be placed in workshops with limited space or used for field sharpening at the client, at exhibitions and other events.

The machine is equipped with a unique manipulator, which allows accurate positioning of the sharpened tool relative to the abrasive disk, as well as control of the tool sharpening without removal of the instrument from the manipulator holder.

It is equipped with the system of quick change and fixation of abrasives ADEMS ASAB, which allows to change abrasives in a few seconds.

The height adjustment mechanism eases the sharpening technology considerably.

Sharpening is performed by fixing the tool in the manipulator, setting the required sharpening angle and adjusting the pressing of the manipulator with the tool to the abrasive. Abrasive paper, diamond, abrasive or polishing wheels are used as abrasive material.

Additionally, you may need the "Micro feed" to adjust the tool feed in 0.1 mm increments, the kit of quick change and fixation of abrasives "ADEMS PROfix" and a "Metal Disc" to increase the number of ready-to-use abrasives and the ability to sharpen a wider range of tools.

ADEMS&ZM - hairdressing scissors honing machine.

The machine is designed for honing (grinding) the back surfaces of blades of hairdressing, grooming, tailoring and household scissors. It is the result of joint development, testing and technological innovation by ADEMS company and numerous sharpening experts. A special contribution to the machine’s design was made by Vladimir Sidorenkov and Alexei Makaladze.

Honing is the difficult stage in the process of sharpening hairdressing scissors; it proves the sharpener’s high level of skill. After honing, scissor blades touch each other only with the cutting edges; cutting becomes easy, smooth, grazing, without hair jamming.

Micro serration is the creation of miniature teeth along the entire length of the cutting edge to obtain a smooth cut. The wheel comes complete with special wrenches for installation.
